Prize Giving

The 2015 prize-giving ceremony was on the evening of Thursday 18 June 2015 at the unique Maison Assouline in Piccadilly.  The prize was presented to the winner, Simon Danczuk MP, by the broadcaster, Jonathan Dimbleby.

As is always the case, the event brought together an eclectic collection of people from a range of different backgrounds united by their interest in the values behind the prize.

Contrarian Prize In The Mix

Contrarian Prize In The Mix is an opportunity to take the message of standing up for your principles and speaking out to the widest possible audience and also having a little fun.

Whilst other international prizes organise white tie concerts in Oslo, the annual Contrarian Prize In the Mix Dance party In Shoreditch will take place in the coming months following its huge success in previous years.  As usual, Ali Miraj will be joined on the turntables by Greg Sawyer from Defected Records and Nick Stevenson, from Mixmag at the Horse and Groom.
